Post-secondary Transition Information Forum For Students With Disabilities

A venue on services, programs and resources to support students with disabilities transitioning from secondary school to the community.

Who Should Attend
The forum is aimed at students in grades 8 through 12, parents, caregivers, counsellors, teachers, resource support staff, social workers, career center coordinators, community-based support staff and those interested in current information about post-secondary programs and services.

Participants will have the opportunity to talk to presenters and collect materials.
A Resource Fair of tables and information will be on-going.
