The Need for Public Performance Rights in Schools

According to the Canadian Copyright Act, all viewings outside the home and/or within public organizations (education, business and government) require a license granting specific authorization for showing.

VSB Media Collection

The visual learning resources (video/DVD) available from the VSB District Media Collection are licensed for public performance in our schools.  Media Services acquires, manages and distributes the items to teachers and Board staff through Medianet.  Click here to use your account or to request an account.
