VII 1. In this By-Law, unless the context otherwise requires:
(a) “Board” means the Board of School Trustees of School District No. 39 (Vancouver);
(b) “Chairperson” means a person presiding as Chairman or Chairwoman of the Board or one of the Standing Committees of the Board named in subsection 1 of Section V of this By-Law, as the case may be, from time to time;
(c) “Vice-Chairperson” means a person presiding as Vice-Chairman or Vice-Chairwoman of the Board or one of the Standing Committees of the Board named in subsection 1 of Section V of this By-Law, as the case may be, from time to time.
