David Lloyd George and Churchill Lead the Way in Massive Pink Day Dance
Roughly 1,800 students from 16 elementary and secondary schools from across the Metro Vancouver threw off their jackets in the middle of this Sunday's Vancouver Giants game to dance up a storm.
VSB administrators say the students had been practicing the choreographed dance for months in anticipation of the big game. The dance was aimed at promoting the message of "acceptance" and follows two years of viral video hits including a synchronized dance last year that incorporated students from as far away as New York and a flashmob at Oakridge Centre which now has over 1,200,000 hits on YouTube.
