Search for a new Superintendent of Schools/CEO underway
Vancouver (June 30, 2009) – The Vancouver Board of Education has initiated its search for a new Superintendent of Schools/CEO for the Vancouver school district. As part of this search, the board of trustees have retained Pinton, Forrest and Madden as the executive search firm.
On Monday, trustees approved the wording of the job posting to placed on the school district's website.
Trustees initiated the search for a new superintendent after Chris Kelly announced his retirement effective Sept. 30.
