BC The complete text of the By-laws of the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) is available from the Office of the Secretary-Treasurer.
The By-laws of the Board use the following definitions, as stated in By-law No. 1, Section VII, subsection 1:
- “"Board" means the Board of School Trustees of School District No. 39 (Vancouver);”
- “"Chairperson" means a person presiding as chairman or chairwoman of the Board or one of the Standing Committees of the Board named in subsection l of Section V of this By-law, as the case may be, from time to time;”
- “"Vice-Chairperson" means a person presiding as vice-chairman or vice-chairwoman of the Board or one of the Standing Committees of the Board named in subsection 1 of Section V of this By-law, as the case may be, from time to time.”
