GCBB: Professional Staff Supplementary Pay Plans

Professional staff members who are regularly assigned to duties that carry special responsibilities over and above their regular assignment will receive compensation in accordance with a negotiated allowance schedule set by agreement between the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) and the recognized union/association(s) representing professional staff.  Most stipends will be paid on a monthly basis, although certain assignments may be paid at a daily or hourly rate.

Appointees to special responsibility positions will be given written notification of their assignment stating its duration, the compensation to be paid, and any other relevant conditions.
