GDBC Benefits in addition to basic salary are recognized by the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) as an integral part of the total compensation plan for support staff members. Fringe benefits are established through negotiations with the appropriate bargaining agent or employee group. Those employees not covered by a negotiated agreement shall receive benefits in accordance with their individual contracts with the Board.
