HP Each agreement or contract with the Board includes provisions stating the procedures to be followed in order to reopen the agreement or contract for negotiations.
The unions, subject to the Labour Relations Code, are also subject to revisions to the School Act that may involve a change to and override the clauses negotiated between the Board and the unions.
Under the Labour Relations Code, the procedures for renegotiating or amending an existing collective agreement are the same as those set out in HJ
