LI: Relations with Education Accreditation Agencies

LI Under School Accreditation Regulation 256/94 and the direction of the Minister of Education, all elementary and secondary schools shall undertake accreditation (see AFE Evaluation of Instructional Programs).
An “External Team”, selected by the Ministry of Education or its agencies and the school district, will provide a formative evaluation to the school and a summative evaluation in its recommendations to the Minister of Education (the role and responsibilities of the External Team are contained in the Resource Guide for External Teams).
An associate superintendent - area, designated by the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) shall ensure school and district staff extend their cooperation and assistance to the External Team.
