The primary responsibilities of the Employee Services Division include:

  • Payroll and Employee Benefits
  • Recruitment and selection of all professional and support staff
  • Coordination and staffing of these personnel at our many schools and work sites
  • Employee Wellness & Benefits
  • Employee orientation
  • Labour relations, including grievance management and union contract negotiation 
  • Employee health, safety and support
