Finance

The Finance Division includes the accounting, budget, payroll, benefits, insurance and risk management, and business information technology departments.

The primary responsibilities of the accounting and payroll departments include preparing the district budget; controlling the collection and disbursement of funds; monitoring revenues and expenditures as compared to the budget; ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time; providing accounting guidance to schools; and preparing financial reports.

The business information technology department provides relevant technological solutions that enable and support the administrative and business activities in all departments and schools.
