The primary responsibilities of the Human Resources Division include:

• Recruitment and selection of all professional and support staff including principals and vice-principals, teachers, school and student support, clerical and administrative support, information technology support, cafeteria staff, building maintenance, heating, cleaning and building security, as well as gardening and grounds maintenance
• Coordination and staffing of these personnel at our many schools and work sites
• Employee orientation
• Labour relations, including grievance management and union contract negotiation 
• Employee health, safety and support
