Circle of Care Refugee (Pilot)

The Vancouver Board of Education is working with a variety of Community and Ministry Groups, including the United Way and Mt. Pleasant Family Centre to support the implementation of a pilot project in Vancouver to address the settlement needs of young refugee children under the age of 6 and their primary care givers.
