On May 16, Point Grey Secondary students donned their kneepads, lathered on sunscreen, and channeled their creativity for the first ever PG DRAWDOWN. Hosted by the Point Grey Art Club and SACY, teams of five to ten congregated on the tennis courts to create collaborative chalk drawings that answered the question "How can we find the strength to deal with teen issues?"

The teams melded their minds to produce imagery that explored positive ways to overcome bullying, racism, homophobia, ageism, depression, negative body image and substance abuse.

Throughout the afternoon, students were treated to door prizes, a barbeque lunch, dance performances and live music.
