False Creek Elementary Students Get Wet and Wild during Water Day

On June 26, False Creek Elementary students concluded a very successful Water Day at False Creek. Students, parents and staff joined in all the activities.

During Water Day, students got to swim in two large pools and four hot tubs as well as enjoy a giant slip and slide, water "delivery exchanges" (aka water fights) as well as a visit from the Vancouver Fire Department who sprayed the students with their hoses and showed the children around their equipment and trucks.

Bruce Murton, Principal of False Creek Elementary says it was an awesome afternoon for everyone.
