Tupper Tech crew mentors elementary students

Students in the Tupper Tech program have been visiting elementary schools to mentor students working on construction projects.

They worked with students at Southlands Elementary to build 10 industry-sized garden beds, then helped Mount Pleasant Elementary students build four similar garden beds.

Next, Grade 7 students from David Livingstone Elementary arrived at Sir Charles Tupper Secondary to work with the tech crew to weld their desks. The newly reinforced desks can accept natural wood slabs as part of a class design project.
