January PAC Updates-Important Deadlines

PAC January Update:

Happy New Year!  We hope everyone had a wonderful winter break. We have a couple things on the calendar this month, see below. 

JAN 7th - Parthenon Pre Order deadline, see below.

JAN 10th - Dine and Donate: THE PARTHENON
Order your dinner and stock up on deli and grocery items for the new year! 
Dine and donate is happening Tuesday, Jan 10th from 5pm - 7pm in partnership with The Parthenon Market and Cafe. 
Preorder of hot food items must be made by Jan 7th through the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/B7LCQSK
Shop in store (between 5pm and 7pm) for additional items such as deli counter items, groceries, desserts and more! 
Payment and pickup will be at Parthenon between 5pm and 7pm on Tuesday, Jan 10th. 
Mention Bayview at time of pickup/payment.

NOW - Jan 15th Deadline: Pink Shirt Day Shirts: Pink Shirt Day is Feb. 22, 2023. Our previous year's pink shirt day design is available for purchase until Jan 15th. The purchase goes directly through the clothing provider, we cannot accept any orders after the deadline of Jan.15th. JAN 19th - PAC Meeting on TEAMS. 

Jan 31st - USED Bayview Gear: This is the last call for purchase of preloved gear and then the rest will be donated at the end of the month. Most sizes left are very small sweatshirts. There are a couple left that might fit a small kindergarten or primary child. If you would like to purchase one please text me, Brie, directly at 778-997-1709 and I can let you know what is left to purchase.
