The machinery set up for the resolution of grievances in agreements between the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) and recognized employee organizations will apply only to grievances that arise out of the application of the terms of the particular agreement.  The Associate Superintendent - Human Resources is responsible for the administration of arbitration and grievance procedures in this context.
