Letter of thanks from VCH staff receiving thank you notes from Carr students:

Hello Ms. Gibbs,
My name is Yolanda and I am an RN in the Department of Neurology at Vancouver General
Hospital. I work in the Out Patient Ambulatory Stroke Prevention Clinic in the Diamond Health
Care Centre (across from the Main Hospital) on Laurel Street.

I and 11 others on my floor were treated to a fantastic Johnny Rocket burger, chips and coke
today on behalf of Emily Carr Elementary. Included in each bag of our tasty lunch was a
precious note from a child thanking us for our service.
Such a beautiful gesture!
We hope all of your staff, parents and kids are staying healthy, connected and safe during this
extraordinary time.
On behalf of our neurologists, neuropsychologist, manager, nurses, research staff and office
assistants, I want to thank you so much for your thoughtful and welcome lunch today.
Best regards,
Yolanda
