You can search our catalogue, place books on hold and access our
databases from home by signing in with your student number. Please
Checking Your Library
We encourage all students and
parents/guardians of younger children to check their school library accounts on
a regular basis. This
helps students keep track of their library books.
By checking your account, you can find
- Which books you have checked
- How many books you have checked
- When your books are due.
- If you have any lost or overdue
- In addition, you can create and save
lists of books that interest you.
To access your account, follow these

3. Type your
BCeSIS/MyEdBC number and “student” for the password
4. Once you are signed in
you can search our catalogue using keyword, title, author, series, etc.
Databases, eBooks and
The Vancouver School Board provides all
students with access to a “digital library” filled with databases, e-books, and video services.
(A database is an organized collection of information; an
e-book is an electronic book).
Students can find information to do
research and complete assignments, read and interact with e-books,
and watch educational videos.

Our Library Club
monitors made up of senior students contribute their time to help our library
run smoothly. In addition, we always welcome parent volunteers if you are interested in
helping out, even if just for a short time.
library is also home to a class set of Sphero SPRKSs used to teach some basic
block coding to the upper intermediate students who then share their knowledge
with other classrooms.
