Students are not to bring or use cell phones/ipads/laptops at school unless they are under the direct supervision of a staff member. If a family chooses to send their child with a 'tech device' it is to remain in the child's backpack or locked in their locker and not accessed during school hours including recess and lunch. The school is unable to replace any tech. device that is lost, damaged stolen or misplaced . All students may use a school phone if they need to contact a parent.
At times staff may request that students bring a device and when that occurs the staff member will provide a safe storage for the student's device.
Staff works with students to review safe and responsible use of tech. devices in an effort to develop their Digital Citizenship.
