February 27 marks Pink Shirt Day – a movement to raise awareness about bullying issues and inspire others to take part in the anti-bullying movement. Pink Shirt Day provides the school community an opportunity to discuss the impact of bullying behaviour and how we can all use our power to help create a safe and respectful school environment. At Beaconsfield Elementary, Grade 3 and 7 classes created a Code of Conduct performance focusing on the Big Rs: Be Responsible, Respectful and Ready to Learn. The students were also excited to see the efforts of their Mannequin Video production that involved their entire school. Awesome group effort!
