Indigenous Education Focus Day - May 15th
Today, school staff across the district participated in an online Professional Development Day with a focus on Indigenous Education. The purpose of the day was to walk together and learn alongside one another in what collective responsibility meant in regards to Indigenous Education. The participants had the opportunity to explore collective responsibility and allyship in Indigenous Education and engage in meaningful conversations with regard to the integration of Aboriginal perspectives in their practice.
