Inspired by the collective efforts of organizations and individuals working together in Renfrew-Collingwood, the
current Community Schools Team (CST) model was adopted in 2004 by the VSB in twelve distinct “hubs” across the district.
The CSTs are funded by an annual CommunityLINK grant from the Ministry of Education and the work of the CST is reported to Board Trustees and Ministry officials annually.
Each CST hub includes a Community Schools Coordinator, Youth and Family Worker(s) Programmers and Program Leaders. Meet the Windermere Community Schools Team: insert link to staff bios.
