The goal of the Physical Education program is to develop in students a positive attitude toward physical activity. Physical Education courses will provide opportunities to improve fitness, skills and knowledge which will prepare students to lead a healthy, active lifestyle.
Physical Education is a required course for students in grades 8 to 10. Grade 11 and 12 students may elect to take Physical Education courses at the senior level, which may include Fitness, Lifestyles and Enriched P.E. (Co-ed).
