Hello Parents, Guardians, Families,

We hope that everyone has had a nice long weekend.  We hope that you were able to spend some time resting and in the company of loved ones.  

We would like to thank Cst. Hollie Christie and her team from the Kerrisdale, Oakridge and Marpole Community Policing Centre for coming to our school for a driver education program.  The team spent Tuesday morning talking to drivers on the streets around our school about how to keep children safe.  Thank you so much!!

Each year, the DLG PAC hosts a catered lunch to show our appreciation for the dedication and hard work of DLG staff. We are seeking direct donations to fund this year's staff appreciation lunch. Donations can be made via SchoolCash Online or by e-transfer. Donations over $20 are eligible for a tax receipt if made through SchoolCash Online. Please see the attached file for donation instructions. Thank you for helping us recognize the amazing staff at DLG!

On June 26 after school our PAC will be hosting a family picnic.  All families are invited.  Please see attached flyer for more information.

Calling All Parents! Interested in Coaching Senior Girls Soccer? ⚽

We’re looking for enthusiastic parent volunteers to coach the Senior Girls Soccer Team this coming September–October 2025. It’s a short, fun-filled 5-week season, with just one practice and one game per week—a great way to get involved and support our student athletes!

If you're curious or want a head start, you're welcome to join our practices in May and June as an introduction to the team and coaching experience.
