This week we were so impressed with our amazing DLG students! Throughout the week, groups of students came to the office—without being asked—to request supplies so they could help clean areas around the school. Learning grows when students take pride in their school community, and these students showed exactly that. ❤️ Thank you for modelling such care and leadership!

🧹 Grounds Clean Up

Division 10 will be helping keep our school grounds tidy this week. Thank you for your support!

🎶 K‑Pop Dance Lessons

This week and next week, classes will enjoy morning K‑Pop dance lessons! Every class will receive one fun and energetic introductory session.
A huge thank you to parent Scally and our PAC for organizing and fundraising for this experience! 🙌

🏀 Basketball This Week

• Monday: Jr. Boys are at home hosting Mr. Woo’s Maple Grove!
• Wednesday: Sr. Boys are at home playing Osler
• Thursday: Sr. Boys will be away at Osler

🪶 Indigenous Education

Over the past several weeks, our school has been honoured to learn from a collection of artifacts and lessons generously loaned by our hosts, the Musqueam Nation. Students have gained deeper understanding of the First Peoples of this land and their contributions to our community.
We are grateful for this meaningful learning opportunity. 🌿
