To Report Your Child's Absence or Late:

Please call 604-713-5159, ext 16 prior to 9 am or email cavattendance@vsb.bc.ca to report absence, late arrival or early pickup (whenever possible ensure you inform the teacher as well).

The following information should be included and please speak slowly and clearly:

• Student first and last name
• Grade and Division
• Reason for absence
• Indicate whether the Absence / late is AM or PM or All day or the # of days
