Welcome to the 2023/2024 school year!
We hope you had a great summer and are enjoying the first weeks of school.
As the 2023-2024 school year kicks off, we are looking forward to continuing to support, encourage and improve the quality of education and the well-being of students at Lord Roberts Annex. We had a very successful year last year here and are excited to build on that this year by continuing to fund initiatives at the school including arts and science programs; to purchase technology, equipment, and other supplies (arts & craft, gardening, and teaching aids); and field trips. The PAC also organizes a hot lunch program and social activities at the school throughout the year, further details are below.
PAC Overview
As a parent or guardian of a student registered at Lord Roberts Annex, you are a member of the PAC.
The purpose of the PAC is to support, encourage, and improve the quality of education and the well-being of students at Lord Roberts Annex.
The PAC funds several initiatives at the school including arts and science programs; the purchase of technology, equipment, and other supplies (arts & crafts, gardening, and teaching aids); and field trips. The PAC also organizes a hot lunch program and social activities at the school.
Monthly PAC Meetings
All parents and guardians of the students registered at Lord Roberts Annex are members of the PAC. We encourage you to attend the monthly PAC meetings to learn about what we do, connect with other families, and get involved in the school community. Meetings are held at the school library and complimentary child minding is provided. We will also offer an online option for those who cannot attend in person via Zoom. Minutes and Zoom links will be shared prior to the meetings.

Volunteers
Volunteers are essential to the success of the PAC. All of us on the PAC executive team are volunteering our time to make the school better for everyone. If you are interested in volunteering with the PAC this year, whether in an executive role or on an occasional basis, please email us at lordrobertsannexpac@gmail.com - we can always use more help!
Hot Lunch Program
The Hot Lunch Program with C’est Mon Café is anticipated to commence on Thursday September 21st. Details of the hot lunch program can be found here. The PAC is currently looking for a volunteer that can run the program for the 2023-2024 school year. Please reach out if you can help!

2022/2023 Year End Report
Dear LRA Families,
Thank you for making the 2022/2023 school year another successful one for your Roberts Annex PAC! We wanted to take a moment to celebrate all of the amazing things the PAC accomplished this year that helped support, encourage, and improve the quality of education and the well being of students at the school. We also want to thank our wonderful vice principal, teachers, and staff for working collaboratively with the PAC all year to identify needs and set priorities for PAC investments: thank you!
