Admission to the International Education Program is by invitation and based on the applicant’s academic achievement, educational background, current academic standing, and the availability of space in the program and at the requested school.

Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible, as space in the program is limited.

Application Requirements

• Completed online application
• Official transcripts or school records for the current year and the previous two years, in English (original or certified copies)
• Immunization record with English translation 
• Elective Course Requests form (secondary students only) - download from the application portal
• Participation agreement - download from the application portal
• Non-refundable application fee of CDN$400.00
• Elementary students who will reside with a direct relative must provide documentation demonstrating that the caregiving arrangement complies with Vancouver School Board policy.
