Grad Photo Sessions at Artona:

If you haven't already booked your photo session - there is still time until March 15, 2026.

Key Information in having your graduation photo’s taken:

• Formal cap and gown portraits
• Bring your family and friends
• View our Grad Product Guide
• You will be measured for your gown size at the photo session
• If you are not photographed by March 15th, you will not be on the graduation composite with your fellow graduates of 2026

Grad Photo Sessions - Book directly with Artona

Dry Grad/Prom:

Wednesday, June 10 at the Vancouver Club at 7PM

Location: 915 West Hastings Street

Tickets: More information regarding tickets sales will become available in April/May

Graduation Ceremony rehearsal: (this is mandatory if you are attending the ceremony)

Friday, June 12 at 1:45PM. This rehearsal is held at John Oliver and will begin in the cafeteria.

Location: JO Cafeteria and Auditorium

All grade 12 students are required to attend a mandatroy grad rehearsal. Graduation cap's, gowns/stoles and ceremony tickets will be distributed to the graduates at the end of the rehearsal. 

School leaving Graduation Ceremony:

Tuesday, 16 June 2026 at The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts at UBC - ceremony begins at 2:00PM.

Graduates are required to be at the Chan Centre by 1:00PM, wearing their caps, gowns and stoles.

Location: 6265 Crescent Road, Vancouver

Tickets: Each graduate will receive 3 ceremony tickets complimentary (Graduates do not need a ticket for entry); parents, family members and guests, however, do require a ticket for entrance to the ceremony. Tickets will NOT be available at the door on June 16. Graduates will be able to purchase up to an additional 5 tickets (based on availability and first come-first serve basis) for an additional cost of $10 per ticket
