Reporting Student Absences via Email

The preferred method for reporting student attendance is to send an email to 

Please include the student's name, grade, student number, date of absence and the reason for the absence.

If you are unable to send an email, you may report the absence by calling the school office at 604-713-8938.

All MyEd BC Student Family accounts will be suspended by July 31 2022, then re-opened for a short period of time from Aug.15-Aug.19 for summer school report card viewing.

There will be no access to the published report cards after July 31 2022 except for summer school students who will have temporary access from Aug.15-19.  Should you foresee the need to access your published report cards during the summer, we suggest that you print a hardcopy or save a digital copy to a medium that you will be able to access.

Returning students’ accounts will be reactivated on the first day of school and will be accessible by their last successful login ID and password.
