The Vancouver School Board has implemented School Cash Online at Franklin Elementary as its preferred method of payment for all school fees, including field trips, performances and Grade 7 camp. This secure system makes it easy for parents/guardians and community members to pay school-related fees safely and quickly online.
The new system allows us to create a list of all the school fees and fieldtrips associated with your child. We will post items through the system and assign the relevant fees to your child. You can then choose to purchase these fees online with three different payment methods provided, including credit cards. You can also stay informed and keep track of which school fees require your attention. The system adheres to Canada’s privacy and anti-spam legislation and meets the latest industry standards for payment security.
To register your child, you can visit our school website http://franklin.vsb.bc.ca and press “pay fees´ (on the top of the website). You will need your child’s usual first name, last name and birth date to register.
Effective immediately teachers will no longer accept cash. Parents/guardians will be required to pay at the office in person if paying with cash or cheque. Franklin office staff is available to help register your child(ren)’s profile online. You may also contact the parent help desk at 1(866) 961-1803 or by visiting schoolcashonline.com/Home/Support.
