WELCOME TO THE 2026/27 SCHOOL YEAR
Your šxʷwəq̓ʷəθət Crosstown Elementary Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is proud to support many activities at our school and provide volunteer opportunities for parents to get involved. We place a high value on the opportunity to create and sustain a strong link between school and home. We hope you will join us as we work together with the staff to make šxʷwəq̓ʷəθət Crosstown Elementary the best it can be for our children and school community.
If you are a parent or guardian of a student at šxʷwəq̓ʷəθət Crosstown Elementary, you are automatically a member of the PAC. The PAC provides a platform for parents to contribute to the school through volunteering, attending meetings, and supporting fundraising efforts.
PAC LUNCH PROGRAM
Our popular lunch program is back for the 2026/27 school year, and online ordering is now open! Take a break from packing lunches with our PAC Lunch Program every Monday and Friday. Pre-order meals online and help raise money to support our school. Our program offers:
Order Lunch Here: munchalunch.com/crosstown/
Reminder: the deadline to place orders is 9pm every Tuesday for the week ahead.
If you would like to order lunch for this Friday, September 18th and/or Monday, September 21st, please submit your order before tonight’s 9pm deadline!
Note: orders can be edited/cancelled prior to the weekly order deadline - after the deadline has passed, we are unable to make any changes for the week ahead. Any unclaimed food will be delivered to your child’s classroom for another student to enjoy. We are unable to hold unclaimed food after 1pm on delivery dates due to FoodSafe restrictions. We thank you for your understanding.
PRINCIPAL’S UPDATE
An important update from our school principal, Jesse Brown, was emailed out to parents and caregivers on Monday, September 14th.
If you did not receive this email communication from the school, please check your spam/junk folder.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
The PAC is always looking for parents to help out with PAC-sponsored events & initiatives, and we’ve created a Crows Volunteer Team WhatsApp group as a space where we can make call outs for volunteer opportunities – there is no obligation to volunteer on a regular basis to join the group. Whether you can help once a week, or once in a while, every bit makes a difference.
We will need help serving lunches every Monday and Friday – if you’re able to help out with a shift or two, that would be greatly appreciated! Sign up here to help with the PAC Lunch Program.
