Congratulations to the following Point Grey alumni for pursuing their love of Ultimate to the next level!

Fred Lam (captain) and Hugh Knapp currently play for Furious George who in universe point became the gold medal winners in the Open Division of the 2019 Canadian Ultimate Championships in Edmonton this past August.  Furious George also just qualified for the USA National Championships which is regarded as one of the hardest tournaments in the world!

Victoria McCann currently plays for Traffic who were bronze medal winners in the Womens Division of the 2019 Canadian Ultimate Championships and who also just qualified for the USA National Championships next month in San Diego.

Trevor McCann and grade 12 student Thomas Carpenter played on the 2019 U24 National Team who took home silver medals (missing the gold by only 3 points) this past July at the 2019 WFDF World Under-24 Ultimate Championships in Heidelberg, Germany.

Justin Luna, Jason Yuen and Thomas Carpenter played for Misfit’s Eclipse team this past summer and were gold medal winners in the Junior Open Division of the 2019 Canadian Ultimate Championships in Edmonton this past August.
