Please note that Pui Ying Chinese School is a non-profit organization that operates on the Waverley Elementary School site after regular school hours. It is a separate entity from Waverley Elementary School.

The goal of the Pui Ying Chinese school is to promote Chinese culture, provide Chinese language training, and help students develop good character traits. Their aim is to equip students to become ambassadors of Western and Chinese culture and to advance in their studies and careers.

Now there are 24 Pui Ying Chinese Schools in Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby with more than 1,000 students.
