Office Summer Hours, the building is only accessible by appointment from 8 am to 3:00 pm.  Please call the school at 604-713-8927  There may be some days where the office will be closed because there is no staff. 

Transcripts can be accessed through the Ministry of Education website  found HERE.  You will require your Personal Education Number ( PEN number in order to do this. You can obtain your PEN number on your report card (past or current).  You can also get your PEN through GetMyPEN

MyEd BC Student Family Portal MyEd BC Family Portal accounts will be closed for maintenance starting on August 8, and reactivated for returning students August 29.  Should you require a copy of your Learning Update during this time please email hamber@vsb.bc.ca

Change of Address  If the student’s new address falls within a different catchment school, the family should check with their current school regarding summer office hours to update their address with their original catchment school and to apply to the new catchment school.
