ART FOR HUNGER (an ART FAIR for CHARITY)

Art Fair Examples

On March 9th and 10th between 9am and 5pm come by John Oliver Secondary for a Massive Art Fair for Charity.  There will be art prints, ready to hang art panels, art cards, models, and more ready to be sold to make your home or office look amazing.  100% of the money taken in from the art show will be given to three charities:  The Adopt-a-School Fund; A Loving Spoonful; and John Oliver Secondary Food Security program.  All of the monies are targeted to provide food and nutrition for students and families.

Please Watch Our City Tonight on CHEK TV on Sunday March 3 and 10th at 10:30am for more information and to meet David McCann who has graciously donated these wonderful art pieces to this event as part of his plan to raise $1 million dollars for food security for students across British Columbia.  This episode of Our City Tonight will also be available on the Our City Tonight YouTube Channel under "videos" and "Episode #166".

John Oliver Secondary is located at 530 East 41st Avenue (at 41st and Fraser Street).  The Art Fair will be in our Large Gym and the easiest way to access it will be through our Parking Lot on the corner of 41st and St. Georges.

We look forward to seeing you there.

(btw, the pieces below are going to be sold for around $5-20 dollars ... so decorating a whole new dentist office, or a new home will be cheap!)
