Family Teacher Conferences 

Our Fall Family Teacher Conferences will take place in-person on Thursday, November 6^th.

There will be two appointment sessions:

4:00pm to 5:30pm and 6:00pm to 7:30pm

(Teachers have a short dinner break between sessions.)

Appointments are 8 minutes in length with 2 minutes of travel time.

Please note: some teachers will be in their classrooms and some in the cafeteria so there will be travel time between appointments. You will be given the room location when the appointment is booked. 

Registration and Booking Period

Booking begins: Wednesday, October 22^nd at 4:00pm 

Booking closes: Tuesday, November 4^th at 1:00pm.

To Register:

2. Create New Account
3. Enter your name, email address, phone number and choose a password
4. Add your child to your account
   1. Click My Account from the main menu
   2. Click My Children from the dropdown menu
   3. Click Add Child
   4. Complete First Name and Last Name fields
   5. Click continue To Book Appointments:

 To Book Appointments:

1. Click Make Appointments from the main menu
2. Select the student you would like to book appointments for from the list.

3. Choose one of the time schedules

 4.Choose the Teacher(s) who you would like to meet with from available options. If you are scheduling for more than one student, this process will need to be repeated.

 5. For each Teacher, use the dropdown menu to select available appointment time.

 6. Click Continue to reserve your appointment.

Once you have booked appointments, you can print your schedule or email yourself a copy of the schedule.

1. Click My Schedule from the main menu
2. Click either Printer-Friendly Schedule or Email Me My Schedule
3. For print, click Print
4. For email, a copy will be in your inbox. If not received, please check spam or junk folder.
