Reporting Student Absences

Please notify the office prior to 9 AM if your child will be absent from school.  Parents should leave a message on a dedicated answering service by calling 604-713-5159 (extension 68), or by emailing quiattendance@vsb.bc.ca.

Late Arrival

If your child is late arriving to school, please ensure they sign in at the office prior to going to their classroom.

Student Sign Out Procedure

If you pick up your child during the school day, please ensure that you sign them out at the school office.
