Report Cards: Schools will share student learning in December, March, and June. Hudson elementary (as well as many VSB schools) share report cards digitally using SpacesEDU. Teacher will email parents a link to connect their SpacesEDU space to your email in the fall. Families will receive a link that guides them through the steps.

Parent Conferences & Student-led Confernces: Please see school calendar for early dismissal dates. Teachers will meet with parents in the fall and spring. Teachers will connect with families regarding appointment times in the days leading to the conferences.

ELL Matrix: English Language Learners (ELL) will receive an additional ELL matrix during the report card times completed by the resource teacher.

Competency Based Individual Education Plans (CBIEP): Parents of students with a Ministry Learning Designation will meet with their child's team twice per year to develop their child's CBIEP.
