It is very important to report if your child is going to be absent or late. Please report before 9am or as soon as you know if your child will be absent.

Please report absences or late arrivals to either our email or phone lines:

Phone: (604) 713-5159 and enter school code 37 for Safe Arrival (there is a prompt). You will then leave a message for the office.

When leaving a message or sending an email, please include your child's full name (first and last), their division, as well as how long the child will be absent. 

Late arrivals:

If you arrive late, please sign into the late arrival binder located in the school lobby outside the office. After 10am or the binder is not on the table, please report directly to the office.

EXTENDED ABSENCES: If your child will be absent for 20 or more days, it is very important to contact the school principal.
