Reporting Absences / SafeArrival
Beginning the week of January 26th, 2026 our voicemail system was be upgraded.

With this new feature, families are be able to report absences using the method below:

• Dial 604-713-5159 and enter the two‑digit school code 76
• Call the school’s main line, press 1 for SafeArrival, and enter the two‑digit school code 76
  Please make sure you listen to the message in its entirety! 

The school’s main greeting will be updated to:
“For Safe Arrival, press 1. Enter 76# for the two‑digit extension when prompted.”

If your child is going to be away for extended periods please email the office at selkirk@vsb.bc.ca and let the classroom teacher know.
