Full Court Press is a free Basketball Camp put on by the VPD for Grade 8 and 9 students during Spring Break. This event includes free lunch every day.

 The UBC Men's and Women's Basketball Teams will be attending to coach and run the event on both days during Spring Break each day from 10-3 pm.

 Use the QR Code or information.

     Boys' soccer has wrapped up. No news until March for girls' soccer.

***Swim Club***

     Talk to Mr. Smith 

     Will be starting Tomorrow (Thurs Oct.2 at 7:30am). 

     This is open to students who wish to improve their swimming/exercise and students willing to compete in the VSSAA against other schools. 

     Meet at the pool and be ready to go at 7:30am. Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

***Track and Field***

***Ultimate Frisbee***

     Talk to Ms. Bozinoski or Mr. Stokes 

     Junior Ultimate practice every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15pm - 4:30pm on the field!

***Volleyball***

     Talk to Ms. Bozinoski 

     There are grade 8/9 Boys volleyball practices Monday and Wednesday after school. Thursday morning before school.
