David Thompson's Professional Cook Program


Congratulations to Ms. Wolska’s culinary students! These students participated in David Thompson Culinary program which is part of the Youth Train in Trades program (YTIT) offered through Career Programs. The program is taught at both Tupper and David Thompson secondary schools in Semester 2 with an additional five weeks of training at VCC during the following summer. Once complete, the students will have completed 1 of 3 levels towards becoming a Red Seal Professional Cook.  Program details can be found here: Professional Cook - level 1
