We are excited to invite you all to the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Your participation in the PW PAC is crucial in creating a vibrant and supportive school community.
IMPORTANT- Elections for new 2025-2026 PAC Executive members will take place during this meeting. Please consider joining!
Why Get Involved on PAC Executive? This is a wonderful opportunity for you to support the enrichment activities that enhance your child's high school experience.
Several PAC Executive Positions are Available:
(Note: some parents on the current executive have graduating students)

DPAC (District Parent Advisory)
Treasury and Finance Committee
Fundraising & Special Events
General “Members At Large” from each Grade are also encouraged!
*These positions can all be shared, so feel free to pair up with fellow parents.
Time commitment: approximately 4 hours per month, (including 8 meetings per year).
Past PAC Events: Fall Apple & Spring Plant Fundraisers, Grade 8-10 Welcome Coffees, Multicultural Event, Teacher/Staff Appreciation Lunch, and other events
Deadline for Nominations Friday June 6th: Please submit your name and a brief summary of any relevant experience to info@pwpac.org (note: for many positions, no experience is required as we also mentor incoming parents).
