📄 Requesting Your Prince of Wales Transcript
If you attended Prince of Wales AFTER 1986, please request your transcript directly from the Ministry of Education’s Student Transcript Service for former students. This ensures you get the official and most up-to-date copy.
How to Access Your Transcript:
Create a BCeID using your Personal Education Number (PEN).
Don’t remember your PEN?
Visit the PW office with government-issued ID, and we can look it up for you.
If you live outside Canada, use the Ministry’s Get my PEN service online (scroll to the bottom of the Ministry webpage).
We cannot provide PENs over the phone or email.
Your PEN is also on your report card.

Graduated BEFORE 1986?
You do not have a PEN.
