Transcripts - Former Students

All transcripts for former students who attended Prince of Wales after 1986 should access and request their transcript directly from the Ministry of Education's Student Transcript Service. This will ensure you receive the most direct and official copy of your transcript.

In order to access this service, you will create a BCeID using your PEN. If you do not remember what your PEN is, you can visit the PW office with Government issued ID and we can look it up for you. If you live abroad, please use the Ministry's Get my PEN service. We CANNOT give out PENs over the phone. Your PEN is also listed on your report card.

How to retrieve your PEN:

How to order transcripts as a current or former student:

If you graduated BEFORE 1986, you do not have a PEN. Please contact our central records department for a copy of your transcript. You can find more information here

If you have additional questions regarding report cards or transcripts, please email apooley@vsb.bc.ca. Please do not call with transcript questions as the fastest and most efficient way to help you will be through email as we may need to redirect your inquiry to several different departments to find a resolution.
