Summer Office Hours & Important Information – Prince of Wales Secondary

• The Main Office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

• Please note: The Main Office is not the Summer School Office. Summer School is located in room C102. You can call them directly at 604-.713-8978.

Summer Office Operations:
Only the Head Secretary, Caroline Good (cgood@vsb.bc.ca) and Records Clerk, Annie Pooley (apooley@vsb.bc.ca)  are on duty over the summer. Due to limited staffing and vacation schedules, please email us before coming to the school. We are often working away from the main office and may not be available to greet visitors or answer calls. If this is the case, we will turn the phones off and you will be met with a with a detailed voice message as we do not have a voicemail system. 

To ensure we can assist you properly, email us with all inquiries or to book an appointment before visiting.

IMPORTANT MYED SUMMER INFO:

Please email cgood@vsb.bc.ca or apooley@vsb.bc.ca if you need your MyEd password reset. ALL student accounts will be suspended from AUGUST 8TH, 2025 at 11:59PM until SEPTEMBER 2nd. Please make sure you download a copy of your report card before then. If you need a copy of your report card, please email apooley@vsb.bc.ca. 

Important for New Families:
All summer registrations are handled by the Newcomer Welcome Centre (NWC). No in-person registrations are processed at the school.
