Notice of Late Return form:

This form is to be completed for any students expecting to return to school later than Friday September 10th but prior to September 30th.  If the school cannot verify your child's attendance by Monday, September 13th, your  child's space will be given to another student on the school's waitlist.  Once this form is completed, you can email it to:  vantech@vsb.bc.ca

Daily Health Assessment Form for Students 

Please conduct a Daily Health Assessment of the student each day before sending them to school.  This form is for you to review at home as a reference.
